Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills and performance.
  • Ensure consistent attainment of team and individual targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing B2B/SaaS sales teams, with a track record of success.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ability to build and nurture high-performing sales teams.
