Customer Experience Director DACH

At Plan A, we're dedicated to supporting businesses in their journey towards a more sustainable future. As a key player in this mission, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Director DACH to lead the charge in the DACH region.
With a proven track record in customer relationship management and complex project management, you'll be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients in the DACH region. This involves managing client relationships, leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge to resolve pain points, and identifying opportunities for future product development.
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll guide them on strategic questions related to sustainability and carbon accounting, leveraging the strengths of our subject-matter experts. You'll also work with our technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard and shape the future of our product pipeline.
In collaboration with our sales team, you'll translate customer opportunities into commercial value and design operational strategies to drive rapid growth. With a strong focus on scalability, you'll continuously work to scale processes and systems to meet the demands of our growing client base.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or complex project management, ideally at a growing startup working with SMBs and Enterprises in the DACH region. You'll have a proven track record of building and fostering durable business relationships, remaining calm under pressure, and celebrating clients' successes with them.
As a savvy communicator with experience managing complex business relationships, you'll be comfortable working cross-functionally with sales leaders, product teams, and customers at the biggest companies in the world. You'll also be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying priorities, and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
While a background in carbon accounting, corporate sustainability, or ESG reporting is a plus, it's not a requirement. What's essential is your passion for climate action and your ability to drive business growth while making a positive impact on the environment.
