Are you in search of a stable, part-time position? We have just the opportunity for you We are seeking a dedicated and self-reliant Student Guest Services Coordinator / Reception Specialist (m/f/x) to enhance our team at the a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn.

We invite applications from enrolled students, working students, temporary student employees, university attendees, and technical college scholars who are eager to engage in a part-time role within the hostel environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary contact for guests in the lobby, providing assistance and support. Welcome arriving groups, such as school classes, and guide them through hotel protocols. Assist guests with self-check-in and preparation formalities during large arrivals. Ensure a warm greeting and support for guests during breakfast. Collect guest feedback actively and encourage reviews on online rating platforms. Provide support at the reception during check-in and check-out processes. Regularly monitor online rating portals to maintain service quality.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) with a valid enrollment certificate for a full-time course of study. You enjoy engaging with guests and providing excellent service. You are approachable and proactive in your interactions. Previous experience in customer service or care is a plus. You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and independence. You possess excellent German and good English language skills.
