Are you seeking a flexible, part-time position? We have just the opportunity for you We are looking for YOU to join our team at the a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn as a dedicated Student Guest Relations Associate / Reception Specialist (m/f/x).

We invite applications from enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students, and technical college students who are enthusiastic about a part-time role in the hospitality sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary contact for guests in the lobby, providing assistance and support. Welcome arriving groups, such as school classes, and guide them through hotel customs and procedures. Assist guests with self-check-in and check-in preparation for larger arrivals. Ensure individual greetings and support for guests during breakfast. Actively gather guest feedback and encourage participation in online review platforms. Provide support at the reception desk (check-in/check-out). Regularly monitor online review platforms as part of your responsibilities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) with a valid enrollment certificate for a full-time course of study. You enjoy engaging with guests and have a passion for customer service. You are approachable and proactive in your interactions. Previous experience in roles such as Customer Service Representative or Customer Care Representative is a plus. You demonstrate a strong sense of commitment and independence. You possess excellent German and good English language skills.
