Job Summary:

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative Air and Sea Freight Field Service to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and developing new leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and logistics teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk.
  • Sound professional experience in the area of air and sea freight.
  • First experience in sales.
  • Confident and obliging appearance.
  • Driving license class B and high willingness to travel.
  • Very good communication skills and high customer orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and business fluent English.
