Position: Import Specialist - Logistics Sector
Our client, a prominent player in the logistics sector, excels in courier, express, and parcel services, alongside offering comprehensive solutions in maritime and air freight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage import operations for sea freight independently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and enhance agent partnerships while driving new business opportunities
  • Coordinate pre-, main-, and post-transport logistics
  • Generate quotes, perform cost calculations, and issue invoices
  • Engage in price negotiations with stakeholders
  • Schedule and secure sea freight bookings
  • Oversee customs clearance processes for imports
Qualifications:
  • Completed education in freight forwarding and logistics or
  • Relevant experience in sea freight import operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong command of German and English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Excellent organizational abilities, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
