Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air Freight Import Specialist to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As an Air Freight Import Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient importation of air freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with airlines and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
  • Process and manage customs clearance and documentation for air freight shipments
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to air freight shipments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Successful completion of training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of air freight import
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products, Lotus Notes, and ATLAS
  • High customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to work systematically
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Fluent in German
