Position: Import Specialist - Logistics Sector
Our client, a prominent player in the logistics sector, focuses on courier, express, and parcel services, alongside offering comprehensive solutions in maritime and air freight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage import operations for sea freight independently
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and advisory services
  • Enhance the agent network and drive new business opportunities
  • Coordinate pre-, main-, and post-transport logistics
  • Generate quotes, assess costs, and issue invoices
  • Engage in price negotiations
  • Arrange bookings and reservations for sea freight
  • Oversee customs clearance processes for imports
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or
  • Relevant experience in sea freight import operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of German and English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Strong organizational capabilities, a sense of accountability, and meticulous attention to detail
