Our client, a prominent player in the logistics sector, focuses on courier, express, and parcel services, alongside offering comprehensive sea and air freight solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage import operations for sea freight independently
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and guidance
  • Develop and enhance the agent network while driving new business opportunities
  • Coordinate pre-, main-, and post-haulage activities
  • Prepare quotations, calculate expenses, and issue invoices
  • Engage in price negotiations
  • Book and secure sea freight services
  • Oversee customs clearance processes for imports
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist or
  • Relevant experience in sea freight import operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong command of German and English; additional languages are advantageous
