Job Title: Regional Business Manager - Oncology Portfolio Specialist

At Inizio Engage XD, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global engagement team, you'll be responsible for managing our oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders, identifying potential customers and networks, and interacting with them to expand business volume.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders, including HCPs, field-based teams, and hospitals.
  • Identify potential customers and networks in the oncology business and interact with them to expand business volume.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies and support projects for all stakeholder groups.
  • Manage and steer all x-functional activities at the area located oncology customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including personal visits, calls, projects, and education events.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of studies in pharmacy, human or veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical-technical assistant, or certified pharmaceutical representative.
  • Good contacts to oncology customers and stakeholders, opinion leaders, and relevant networks.
  • Demonstrably very good successes are desirable.
  • Good knowledge of stakeholder decision drivers and influencing areas, such as treatment processes, reimbursement processes, buying decisions, and other health economic market drivers.
  • Experience in supporting marketing activities and project management.
  • Professional experience and knowledge in specialist and clinic field service in the pharmaceutical field, specifically around the use of biologicals or biosimilars, is desirable.
  • High degree of customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Reliable, structured way of working, responsible, and independent work, as well as the ability to work in a team and reliability.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Driver's license class B.
