About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders, identifying potential customers and networks, and interacting with them to expand business volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and steer all x-functional activities at the area located oncology customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with oncology customers and stakeholders, opinion leaders, and relevant networks.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve company-specific goals, quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical, and market access departments to support business development activities.
  • Present the latest data on our products and services to customers and stakeholders.
  • Expand and maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
  • Manage and analyze sales trends based on sales figures for the area.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain a high level of customer orientation and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of pharmacy, human or veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical-technical assistant, or certified pharmaceutical representative.
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Drivers license class B.
