Join our dynamic expansion team as the inaugural Regional Operations Manager (m/w/d) for ONLY & SONS in Germany.
Our Vision:
We aim to capture the German retail market for men's fashion. To achieve this, we are in search of a skilled and seasoned Regional Operations Manager. Your primary challenge will be to collaborate with the International Retail Manager to strategically position our ONLY & SONS stores within the German market. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious journey into the international retail landscape, with Germany being a key focus. You will work closely with the Retail Manager, where your strategic and tactical expertise will be as crucial as your passion and motivation for daily retail operations. You will serve as a source of inspiration for our Store Managers, providing coaching and structure. Through your innovative sales strategies, you will ensure excellent service and foster customer loyalty.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the development of the retail structure in your designated area. You will manage your stores based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and work alongside Store Managers to drive growth and revenue. Your energy and enthusiasm will be vital in maximizing the potential of both yourself and the store leaders. Additionally, you will collaborate with your Store Managers and our recruitment team to attract new talent.
