Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for regional sales management and marketing, working closely with our teams in Korea and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, targeting key customers and industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in business, economics, international sales/management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
