Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for regional sales management and marketing, working closely with our teams in Korea and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, targeting key customers and industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with our technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in business, economics, international sales/management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience
