About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual quota targets.
  • Bld relationships with decision-makers at all levels, identifying prospect needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement effective sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, business development, and closing.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the territory.
  • Conduct business in a profitable and ethical manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in software sales.
  • Prior experience selling enterprise deals at executive-level.
  • Knowledge of the Credit & Collections / Receivables industry or Shared Service Center Organizations.
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills.
  • Strong contacts and references within the industry and territory highly preferred.
  • Team player with a demonstrable ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region.
