Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Sales Germany team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base and acquiring new customers in Germany. They will work closely with our internal colleagues from Partner Management and Pre-Sales departments to build long-term customer relationships and sell our entire product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for existing and new customers assigned to them in Germany
- Familiar with working with partners and able to successfully close deals through partners and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Develops customised solutions and builds strategic partnerships with customers and partners
- Manages the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to qualifying and processing sales projects and concluding contracts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in sales of IT and software solutions
- Motivated sales person with several years of experience in working with partners, who is used to building targeted and persistent customer relationships and closing deals confidently together with partners
- Sound, practical experience in the application of sales methods such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or comparable methodologies
- Understanding problems and translating them into a portfolio of solutions is a particular strength
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-orientated with the will to succeed, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Confident demeanour, healthy self-confidence, reliability, diligence, technical expertise and high degree of self-motivation
- Analytical mind, high level of commitment and constructive assertiveness
- Good listener and ask the right questions at the right time
We offer a competitive salary package including:
