Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at PartsCloud GmbH. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the industrial after-sales market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual product demonstrations to attract pre-qualified leads for our cloud-based solutions
- Develop commercial proposals for key accounts, involving complex calculations and negotiations
- Manage the entire deal life cycle, from initial contact to closing, and continuously improve our sales strategy and processes
- Contribute to the development of our sales strategy to ensure growth and expansion
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide value-added services
- Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our LaaS customers
- Participate in speaker activities at trade fairs and support our team
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industry, spare parts logistics, or SaaS
- Ability to actively listen to customers and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
- Assertiveness and a proactive approach
- Independence, result-orientation, and awareness of strategic requirements
- Team-oriented personality
- Persuasiveness and strong networking skills
- Structured and careful approach to tasks, with confidence in managing sales cycles and understanding frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
- Fluency in German and English
