We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Adaptive Business Group team, specializing in selling to Financial Services Institutions (FSIs) in the DACH market. Our company provides a leading SaaS platform for Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), offering a comprehensive suite of tools for data connectivity, financial management, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and performance analysis.

Our Adaptive Business Group is a global organization with over 20 office locations worldwide, serving more than 80% of Fortune 500 companies. We have a proven track record of success, with a retention rate exceeding 95% and a strong presence in the DACH market.

**Role and Responsibilities**

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering sales in the DACH market, targeting large FSI businesses with typical deal sizes ranging from €70,000 to €300,000 Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), with opportunities for seven-figure deals. You will work closely with our Financial Services team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our multi-faceted solutions to drive growth and expansion.

**Key Requirements**

• Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on selling complex solutions to FSI businesses

• Comfortable with mid-length to long sales cycles (up to 18 months)

• Fluency in German

• Strong business acumen and ability to pass the 'good person test'
