Business Development Director

DMA is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion in our tax practice areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and prospects, and collaborating with our service personnel to deliver strategic business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand DMA's market share in focused tax practice areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their tax issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and deliver strategic business solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging DMA's experience, reputation, and existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client and prospect needs, goals, and challenges.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional business development experience, preferably in tax consulting or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in CRM software.
- Previous demonstrable track record of business development success.
- Ability to travel as required (approximately 15-20% of the time).
