Marketing Director Job Description

At plancraft GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and allocate a 7-figure marketing budget
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with company-wide goals
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and budgets
  • Experience in B2B marketing, leveraging B2C strategies to address a broad B2B target audience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and drive significant results in a dynamic environment
  • C1 Level in German and English
