As a Business Analyst / Sales Performance Specialist, you will ensure control of relevant business and in-store KPIs, monitoring sales trends and keeping the Sales Director and team updated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring sales trends versus budget and forecasts, highlighting untapped opportunities or criticalities.
  • Analyzing main business KPIs, such as conversion rate, ASP, and bino-rate, to optimize growth and productivity.
  • Carrying out deep dives on customer types to define targeted actions.
  • Developing and sharing regular portfolio analysis and forecasts.
  • Designing and managing Sales Incentive Plans and Commissions Schemes.
  • Defining and managing promotions and discounts in line with company commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in quantitative fields (e.g., Economics, Engineering, or Statistics).
  • Expertise in managing complex data structures and strong inclination to data analysis combined with business acumen.
  • Project management and analysis experience in Sales and Marketing Areas, especially in International contexts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German language.

  • Strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities, and business acumen.
  • Teamwork attitude, ability to work and achieve results through others.
  • Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across the organization.
