Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team at FRAMOS Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the company's needs for goods, services, and materials by collaborating with other departments to understand both current and future requirements.
- Create and process purchase orders based on analysis and ensure they align with suppliers' contractual terms.
- Track the ordering process, monitor delivery dates, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery reliability, service, and pricing, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct negotiations, and explore alternative suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's needs and comply with contract terms.
- Work closely with departments such as sales, production, quality management, and finance to ensure a smooth supply chain and meet the company's needs.
- Several years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and a good knowledge of procurement strategies (single or multiple sourcing, global or local sourcing).
- Fluency in English and German.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Very good communication skills and excel in negotiation.
