Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at FRAMOS Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for optimizing our procurement process, ensuring a smooth supply chain, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current and future needs, assess supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our needs and comply with contract terms.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with departments such as sales, production, quality management, and finance to ensure a seamless supply chain and meet our business needs.
- Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives, including single or multiple sourcing, global or local sourcing.
- Contract Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global high-tech company.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong time management and organizational skills, and fluency in English and German.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
