ABOUT THE POSITION

At FRAMOS Group, a leading high-tech product-driven organization with a dedicated team of over 180 employees, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist to enhance our purchasing operations and ensure the efficiency of our supply chain.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager and collaborating with a global network of supply chain experts, you will be responsible for sourcing essential goods, services, and materials in a timely and efficient manner.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate the organization's requirements for goods, services, and materials by working closely with various departments to understand both immediate and future demands.
  • Generate and manage purchase orders based on thorough analysis, ensuring compliance with supplier agreements.
  • Oversee the ordering process, track delivery schedules, and guarantee timely receipt of all items.
  • Assess and monitor supplier performance regarding quality, reliability, service, and pricing, fostering continuous improvement and process enhancement.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, engage in negotiations, and investigate alternative suppliers.
  • Maintain robust relationships with suppliers, ensuring their alignment with the organization's needs and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, production, quality assurance, and finance to facilitate a seamless supply chain and meet organizational objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies, including single or multiple sourcing and both global and local sourcing.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong aptitude for negotiation.
