Procurement and Sourcing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our team at FRAMOS Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for optimizing our procurement process, ensuring a smooth supply chain, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess company needs for goods, services, and materials, and develop strategic procurement plans to meet those needs.
- Purchase Order Management: Create and process purchase orders, ensuring alignment with suppliers' contractual terms and timely delivery.
- Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimizations to drive cost savings and quality enhancements.
- Cost Savings and Negotiations: Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiate with suppliers, and explore alternative suppliers to ensure the best possible value for the company.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's needs and comply with contract terms.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as sales, production, quality management, and finance to ensure a seamless supply chain and meet the company's needs.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
