Customer Experience Manager

Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our Customer Experience department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various projects related to our Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead or support programs within the areas of customer service excellence, digital product adoption, and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading or supporting programs to deliver on key drivers of our Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy
- Driving digital product adoption across our organization
- Collaborating with commercial business units and IT teams to create comprehensive work plans
- Measuring, analyzing, and evaluating existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Establishing governance for tracking and reporting changes
- Drafting information for management on project progress
- Working closely with our communication department for internal and external communication
Requirements for this role include:
- University degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Experience with shipping, logistics, supply chain, or forwarding
- Experience in project and program management
- Proficiency in working with databases such as Qlikview, Salesforce, and Salesforce Analytics
- Organized and analytical work approach
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with German being beneficial
