Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions, driving sales growth, and maintaining store appearance standards. Your primary objective will be to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, exceeding customer expectations and setting us apart from the competition.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals. You will be expected to maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings, staying up-to-date with new collections and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures for inventory management, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Work closely with the Store Management team to achieve sales targets, monitor customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect among colleagues
  • Participate in visual merchandising initiatives to ensure visually appealing displays and engaging store layouts
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a senior or management position
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, sales growth, and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • A passion for fashion and eyewear, with a keen eye for detail and a love for staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
