Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at OneStream Software, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth within our enterprise customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
