Customer Experience Manager

As a key member of the Customer Experience department, you will be responsible for supporting various projects related to the Hapag-Lloyd 2030 strategy. This includes leading or supporting programs within the areas of customer service excellence, digital product adoption, and collaboration with commercial business units to create a comprehensive work plan.
You will also be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and evaluating existing processes, collecting data to identify root causes, performing benefit analysis, and proposing improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will ensure governance is established for tracking and reporting changes when scope or schedule for projects are impacted.
Requirements:
- University degree in economics, business administration, or a similar field and appropriate working experience
- Experience with shipping/logistics/supply chain/forwarding is mandatory
- Experience in project and program management is needed
- Experienced in working with databases such as Qlikview, Salesforce & Salesforce Analytics etc.
- Organized and analytic work approach
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English. German is beneficial
