About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our German team at Lucca Software GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth and expansion in the German market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
  • Qualify inbound demand generated by our Marketing Team and work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals.
  • Present our solutions and convince prospects of our added value, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Quote commercial offers, negotiate, and close deals, while identifying new needs among our clients to sell them new solutions.
  • Collaborate with our CRM Salesforce and marketing automation tool Outreach to optimize lead qualification strategies and processes.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales in the German market, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the HR domain is a plus, but we will provide training if needed.
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and oral presentations, with the ability to represent the company in the country.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly from setbacks and seeing them as opportunities to progress.
  • Native German and fluent in English.
