Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at AVI-SPL Deutschland GmbH. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our sales of AV/IT/Collaboration solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of AV/IT/Collaboration solutions and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in German and English
