Our core business is the acquisition, management, and development of residential properties and land in North Rhine-Westphalia, particularly in the metropolitan regions of Aachen, Cologne, and Düsseldorf.
**Our Focus**
We specialize in acquiring and developing properties with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 200 units per project. Our goal is to create long-term value through modern and user-centric living concepts. We achieve this by undertaking new construction projects, expansions, modernizations, and renovations of existing buildings, as well as utilizing roof extensions and other potential sources to create new, modern, and affordable living space.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Independent exercise of ownership rights for a portion of the portfolio
- Planning and implementation of measures to develop acquired property and land
- Creation of quantitative and qualitative analyses for properties to be acquired
- Organization and control of property transactions (due diligence, transaction structuring, contract negotiations)
**Requirements**
- Completed university degree in architecture, engineering, or natural sciences
- Interest in real estate matters
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- High level of commitment and teamwork
- Goal-oriented and independent working style
