About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team at DocMorris. As a key member of our sustainability and investor relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance our company's reputation and visibility among investors and analysts.
  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports, as well as ad-hoc analyses and projects, to the management board and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our quantitative sustainability reporting, aligning with new reporting standards such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and CSDDD.
  • Manage ESG ratings and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
  • Support the Head of IR & Sustainability in various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Passionate about sustainability and digitalization in healthcare, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Highly analytical and structured, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as consulting, investment banking, or professional services.
  • Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge.
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to our European locations.
