Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth and develop strategic account plans. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and coordinating with our business development and marketing teams on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new sales opportunities in assigned territories
  • Set and deliver market-leading annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective regional and account-specific winning sales strategies
  • Communicate Value Creed's value proposition across the market
  • Manage account growth by fostering strong customer relationships and understanding their strategic goals and challenges
  • Cultivate successful relationships with customers, measured by customer satisfaction levels, increased revenue levels, and overall account penetration
  • Collaborate with global business development, sales, and marketing teams to spearhead lead generation initiatives within defined territory
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients' needs, challenges, and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate and thoroughly documented pipeline of opportunities within Value Creed's CRM
  • Ongoing self-education, training, and development in the ETRM/CTRM industry
  • Regularly represent the Value Creed brand at events and tradeshows

Requirements:

  • Flawless demonstration of integrity and ethics throughout career
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, technology, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years B2B sales experience in Oil & Gas, IT services, or consultancy
  • Demonstrated record of success in sales of complex IT services to major trading houses and NOCs
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-accountability environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
