Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving incremental growth and revenue expansion for the Chemical Analysis Division's EPM business in the region.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with direct and indirect customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective go-to-market plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities through collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Developing and owning go-to-market plans for the region in conjunction with the local Channel manager & Commercial leader.
  • Understanding competitor strengths and vulnerabilities and developing sales strategies to respond effectively.

A strong track record of sales success, combined with regional market knowledge and experience in process/laboratory environments, is essential for this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a documented track record of success.
  • 2+ years of indirect and/or distribution management experience.
  • Must have sold capital pieces of equipment.

You should also possess:

  • Ability to travel 50%+ across the territory.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industry and experience selling in those markets.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Prospecting skills and a 'hunter' attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both orally and written, in German and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

In terms of compensation, we estimate an annual salary of €85,000 - €110,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
