We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Worldline.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth and develop new sales opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new sales leads through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails, and attending industry events.
  • Increasing conversion rates by qualifying potential customers and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop value proposals.
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
