Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role:
LogicMonitor is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, navigating enterprise organizations to build solid engagements with multiple stakeholders. You will have experience in driving pipeline generation, managing sales forecasting, and articulating complex technology to both business and technical users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive pipeline generation through strategic account mapping, outbound prospecting, and management of marketing inbound leads.
- Manage complex sales cycles following MEDDPICC, navigating enterprise organizations to uncover pain and build champions.
- Accurately report on the status of deals in flight and consistently deliver against set quarterly revenue numbers.
- Confidently pitch and articulate complex technology to both business and technical users within new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- Ability to simply articulate complex technologies.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Success closing net new accounts while working existing accounts.
- Experience in prospecting and outbound outreach to book first contact meetings.
- Experience of managing a complex sales cycle and documenting activity in a CRM.
- Motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with a solid grasp of both German & English language, both written and verbal with competent presentation skills.
- Proven experience of negotiating new business opportunities.
- Proof of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a software sales role.
- On a weekly basis provide LM managers a monthly & quarterly forecast.
- Travel required.
