Mirakl is a leading platform business innovation company that empowers enterprises to drive growth and efficiency in their online business.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales for a portfolio of accounts and anticipating and managing contract renewals to secure future revenues and prevent churn.

Key responsibilities include building account plans for each key customer, identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts, and managing the end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.

You will also participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build appropriate action plans.

Requirements include a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive or Account Manager at a SaaS company, a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, and proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business practices and industry trends, be comfortable with conceptual selling while demonstrating ROI, and have a demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement.
