Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Germany.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business acquisitions and expand our customer base within the low-code technology industry.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive business growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of new technologies, transformative software, and the necessary language to sell it
- Previous experience in driving projects with multiple stakeholders in medium-sized, large, and enterprise companies
- Tactical abilities to plan and execute sales operations to shorten sales cycles
- Successful understanding of consumer psychology in complex sales and large deal size projects
- Native German speaker and outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation skills on-site and off-site
- Results-driven personality with efficient time management
- A willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to learn and grow
- Minimum 3 years' track record in software sales of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions
