We empower organizations to make better technology decisions faster and with less effort. To achieve this mission, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Development Associate.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our founding team on both operational and strategic issues. As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our customers to understand their goals, needs, and use cases.
  • Expanding our partner network by connecting with leading software providers.
  • Planning and monitoring progress, following up with partners, and ensuring timely execution of all tasks required to ensure our clients' success.
  • Collaborating with our product team to improve and evolve our product.
  • Managing your own projects in various areas.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field.
  • First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager, or customer success manager in the IT industry.
  • Great self-confidence, empathy, and sensitivity when dealing with others.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude.
  • A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS.
  • A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect:

  • A modern and attractive office in the center of Hamburg (Stadthöfe) or Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg).
  • A home-office allowance of 50 EUR gross per month.
  • 30 days of vacation pro rata temporis.
  • A day off on your birthday.
  • Dedicated time for learning and innovation (10% of your working hours).
  • Quarterly Get-Together-Events.
