Easy Languages GmbH, a pioneering media production company based in Berlin, is dedicated to crafting captivating video and podcast content for language learners worldwide.
We are seeking an accomplished Partner Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Easy Languages network. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for supporting franchise partners in growing their businesses and developing effective monetization strategies.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our franchise partners, providing constructive feedback on their media content while helping them refine their content strategies and make informed business decisions. You will also contribute to organizing network events, including online training sessions and in-person gatherings, as well as develop guidelines and create multimedia learning resources.
The ideal candidate will possess a professional background in business development, social media management, or language acquisition, with at least two years of experience in the creator and/or language learning industries. A high level of intercultural competence, strong communication skills, and proficiency in spoken and written English are essential requirements for this position.
We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
