Logistics Business Development Manager

The RoleAs a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our company, responsible for managing a diverse set of customers to take their logistic processes to the next level - logistics collaboration.
Your goal is to ensure the successful adoption and productive use of our solution by our customers. By joining TradeLink in its current fast-growing phase, you will have the unique opportunity to actively shape the future of logistics.
Key Responsibilities- You will act as a strategic advisor to our customers by understanding their business objectives to demonstrate early value creation and help them achieve the desired impact.
- You will build and maintain trusting relationships with each new customer, develop project champions, and identify key stakeholders.
- You will ensure TradeLink is adopted across the organization and enable digital transformation by applying comprehensive change management principles.
- You will take ownership of your customers' roll-out processes along all steps of our customers' journey, including partner activation.
- You will identify, comprehend, and clearly articulate user requirements to enable customer-focused product development.
- You will proactively identify opportunities within the customer base for up-selling and cross-selling TradeLink services.
- You will work closely with the sales team to evaluate and confirm opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of our network.
- You have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You have already worked in fast-paced environments such as high-growth start-ups or consulting.
- First experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
- You like to solve problems in a creative, yet effective way and work in a focused, structured manner.
- You are a strong team player with a hands-on mentality.
- You have distinct analytical skills and are highly self-organized with the ability to prioritize.
- You are business fluent in German and English. Any additional European language is a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
