About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Miles Mobility. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in German and/or Dutch language
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service
