About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our ride-sharing services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in German, French, and English languages
- Experience in customer-facing roles or customer service
