Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer experience coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer care department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our frequent flyers, assisting them in enjoying their club program benefits.
Key Responsibilities
As a customer experience coordinator, you'll be handling:
- Responding to inbound telephone calls from members and efficiently handling reservation requests, complaints, and inquiries regarding all club program benefits.
- Data entry, summarizing, and documenting the conversation and actions of each call.
- Handling lower-level complaints and providing resolution using network procedures and standards.
- Welcoming new members and encouraging them to use their program benefits.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Empathetic listening skills and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Fluency in Dutch.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
