About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at MILES Mobility GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and report any system issues or malfunctions to the relevant teams
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Dutch and English, with German and French skills a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
