Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at MILES Mobility GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and report any system issues or malfunctions to the relevant teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in verbal and written Dutch and English, with German and French skills a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
