Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support to clients on software and hardware-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic PC keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Czech.
