About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Miles Mobility. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Dutch and English
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
