About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our ride sharing services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in verbal and written German, Dutch, and/or French, and English
  • Previous customer service experience in a similar industry
