Exciting Career Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager at Lacework

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in forging new client partnerships and steering the sales journey for both current and prospective customers within your assigned region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline that surpasses set targets.
- Conduct regular outreach and meetings to generate leads while ensuring a high level of daily engagement.
- Evaluate prospects, manage objections, negotiate terms, and successfully finalize agreements.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Lacework offerings to deliver confident product demonstrations.
- Implement a structured and analytical sales approach.
- Provide precise sales forecasts and keep CRM records up to date.
- Stay informed about technical advancements and industry developments.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree.
- At least 10 years of sales experience with a personal quota.
- Proven success in fast-paced SaaS sales, especially in security solutions.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, forecasting, and qualification techniques.
- Self-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
