**About the Job**

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for our automotive customers in Southern Germany. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling and promoting Tektronix products and services to a selected number of customers in the DACH region.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Promote and sell Tektronix products and services to existing and new customers in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships at all levels of decision-making.
  • Develop and execute sales plans that exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales support team and factory staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive market.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the test and measurement industry.
  • Master's degree or technical degree in physics, electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications engineering.
  • Understanding of technology trends and turning points in the markets of power and automotive.
  • Ability to create profitable business opportunities in a competitive market environment.
  • Ability to identify and depict the customer's decision-making process and uncover the key influences on potential customers.
  • Team player with collaborative and strategic thinking.
  • Residence in Germany, preferably in Southern Germany.
  • High level of travel readiness.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in German and English.
